Breaking out of limiting beliefs
Beliefs are set of generalizations you make about yourself, others and your life. They form your version of reality, based on what you feel and perceive about your experiences...If you believe that you are not a good public speaker, you are probably a bad one. If you believe you are horrible at English, then you're destined to fail your test. Remember, belief either free us or limit us. When we break past limiting beliefs, we enter a whole new world !
